The Efe Gobek Rakisi is the golden layer of the copper kettle distillate Raki, which is arranged into 5 layers with only the middle layer of high quality being used. It is allowed to rest and ripen for 4 months after distillation before being bottled. There is a wonderfully coordinated anise aroma, a very mild taste, an easy-going flow, and a mild taste. The anise flavor is prominent, but not overwhelming. The Efe Gobek Rakisi can be enjoyed by both fans of classic rakis and those who prefer the new variants.
